James C. Lewis is a member of FTP. From 1979 to the present, Mr. Lewis has been practicing law in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he has focused his practice on corporate, transactional and real property work, and commercial litigation. Since 2006, he has practiced law with the firm of Lewis, Hansen, Waldo & Pleshe, of which he is a partner, where he focuses his practice on the organization, structuring and financing of early and development stage companies. During the past few years, Mr. Lewis has been involved in the private development of a number of real estate projects and other development stage ventures. Mr. Lewis graduated from the University of Utah in 1976 with an undergraduate degree in psychology, and from the University of San Diego in 1979 with a juris doctorate degree. Mr. Lewis is the principal in a number of private companies he has founded, including Kavalia, Inc., a closely-held nutraceutical company, and was a principal shareholder of Lazarus Industries, Inc., at the time it completed its reverse merger resulting in American Dairy, Inc. Mr. Lewis has served on the board of directors of American Dairy since 2007. He was involved in numerous reverse mergers and financing transactions over the past ten years, including the reverse merger resulting in China Sky One Medical, Inc.
